You’re too kind. I told the group over here that I knew if they had if they had had tomatoes, they would have thrown tomatoes at that point in time.

00:00:13:19 – 00:00:22:09
Unknown
It’s possible. My. Oh, there. I’m just going to open up some notes here. I think.

00:00:22:11 – 00:00:29:28
Unknown
Okay. Well praise God.

00:00:30:00 – 00:00:45:11
Unknown
I wrote notes for this because I normally when I preach I don’t have many notes, but this I wanted to keep it on time. And also I didn’t want to be confused.

00:00:45:13 – 00:01:15:23
Unknown
Yes. Does everybody. Oh, you go ahead and throw spirit up there so it doesn’t look so blank. That’s okay. Oh yeah. Oh wait. That’s not it. Yes. It’s okay. Does it look okay with my hair? Okay. Very good. Okay. Does everybody know what spirit? That spirit is not just a word in spirit. School of mystery. And actually an acronym.

00:01:15:25 – 00:01:48:03
Unknown
Oh, yes. You do know that, Oh. Come on. I wonder who knows? Does anybody know what it stands for? Athena knows. Serving people. Yes, yes. Inspiring righteousness and then finally imparting truth. And we heard a lot about truth from Ashley today. By the way. I’m so proud of Ashley. She just did it when I called her and said, I want you to speak.

00:01:48:03 – 00:02:07:21
Unknown
The team wants you to speak the she’s like, about what I said, whatever. I mean, whatever God gives you, that’s what you should do. And so she I’m so proud of how she’s handled it. And it’s funny how she gets so nervous up here, unlike the rest of us.

00:02:07:24 – 00:02:34:18
Unknown
You know what? When you stand behind the pulpit, you should be a little bit nervous because we handle the word of truth. Him, Jesus himself. And it’s not something to play with. So I’ll get into my notes.

00:02:34:21 – 00:03:13:16

The kingdom way. Discipleship and deployment. The question is, and we start this in spirit school of ministry with who are you? We talk about that you’re in Christ and that’s where your identity actually resides. But that doesn’t just apply to spirit school of ministry. That applies to everybody that comes to Jesus wherever they’re located at any time of their life, whether a tiny, tiny young person or an older fart like me.

00:03:13:18 – 00:03:43:11
Unknown
Every day we have to remind ourselves of our our identity in him or will. You will lose track of actually who we are and what his assignment is for us. And I know when the Lord started putting this on my heart, that there are some that have lost track of that sitting here today. Some just don’t always identify.

00:03:43:14 – 00:04:02:08
Unknown
Completely as a full blooded child of God. Because when the winds come and the storms hit, the first thing the enemy does is he wants to convince us to pull back.

00:04:02:11 – 00:04:07:15
Unknown
Convince us to shy away.

00:04:07:18 – 00:04:16:07
Unknown
But if you want success in walking with the Lord, there’s a few things that are going to be required.

00:04:16:09 – 00:04:39:16
Unknown
Some of those things. Like I said, the first one, of course, is your identity. But some of the things Spirit School of Ministry actually does and helps instill in people, along with our church here, with the preaching that happens here, with those life groups that happen here, that with engage, that happens on Wednesday nights with all sorts of things the children being taught.

00:04:39:22 – 00:05:02:22
Unknown
And in fact, I left a whole bunch of donuts for the kids back there. You can blame me. Moms and dads later. Yeah. Spirit School of Ministry is designed to connect you in, in an intimate way to Christ. That’s really the heart of what church is. Everything else is just a bunch of fluff.

00:05:02:25 – 00:05:37:08
Unknown
Yeah. Today we didn’t just do a graduation. It was important. But more importantly, we’re doing a deployment. And that deployment must happen every day of everyone’s life. Who believes there a disciple or being discipled into Christ? Every day when you walk out your door, not just when you come to church, you have to understand your assignment is to be deployed into this world, to be a light to this world.

00:05:37:10 – 00:05:57:15
Unknown
Oh, you don’t have to be real fancy. The Bible even tells us that what we need to have as an answer for every man of the hope that lies within us, every single one of us would be able to give that in a moment. If I were to call you up here and say, what’s the hope that lies within you?

00:05:57:16 – 00:06:20:26
Unknown
It should be right there, right? Because he’s with you every day. He’s talking to you every day. And this is the deployment that the Lord made into this world. And we’ll talk about this a little. But what we are doing in spirit school of ministry, what word of life is doing as a whole? By the way, spirit School of ministry would not exist without word of life.

00:06:20:28 – 00:06:51:06
Unknown
So you understand that how that actually works. We’re so thankful to the church, to you when I say word of life, and especially to our pastors because we’re school, the school would not actually thrive without you. It couldn’t. It actually couldn’t happen. I’m thankful to all of you for that. So schools in the Bible are actually covenantal. I want you to hear this.

00:06:51:08 – 00:07:21:10
Unknown
That means they represent covenants between people all the time. And that’s what our school is, the kingdom of God and the kingdom way that we talked about this, talked about this for a whole year now, is actually the walking and covenant with God and His people. Are you with me on this? Okay. The kingdom of God has everything to do with covenant.

00:07:21:12 – 00:08:01:18
Unknown
It has everything to to understanding that you are bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh, that I cannot make it without you. And when everyone in a church, and when everyone in a school gets that in their soul, that we are fully dependent on each other and on the Lord. Because if you want to say you’re just fully dependent on the Lord, which is wonderful, you will get really religious because you will extract yourself out of the out of the world, the world that Jesus is deploying you into.

00:08:01:20 – 00:08:31:16
Unknown
The church and members in particular require each other. And I feel from the Spirit of God that what he’s doing in our lives, what he’s pressing into his his church body, is how we can be more involved in each other and care for each other with the with the tender kindness and love. A fierce love even unwilling to back away.

00:08:31:18 – 00:08:46:16
Unknown
That’s what church is all about. Church is not just about getting together on Sunday. Any church that just gets together on Sunday will fail.

00:08:46:18 – 00:08:53:24
Unknown
Okay, I’ll go back to my notes. I’ll stop preaching.

00:08:53:26 – 00:09:16:05
Unknown
So the Kingdom of God is actually about this. And the kingdom way we’ve been studying is actually this covenant with God and with his people. This means together, not just alone. I hope I’m pressing that into you. So the Old Testament has some examples. God bless you. Ever sneezed? Peace? No.

00:09:16:07 – 00:09:37:09
Unknown
The Old Testament had some examples. Okay, I know you think I’m funny sometimes I’m up here, but I feel very comfortable up here. I’m a little nervous all the time. But I’m comfortable because of you. Because you’re in my life. So when someone sneezed, I say, God bless you. I don’t even know who that was, but I’m part of your life, so I’m sorry I got off on that tangent.

00:09:37:12 – 00:09:44:10
Unknown
Squirrel. You know? Jason. Okay. So. God.

00:09:44:13 – 00:10:11:05
Unknown
Yeah. I love you, too. Yeah. So the Old Testament is filled with examples of covenant schools. Most of the Bible scholars call them schools. I tend to call them schools or sons of the prophets. In the Old Testament, at least, I believe they were family. And that’s actually what we are here now. I know that for a lot of us, that doing life together thing is just a nice little pithy saying.

00:10:11:11 – 00:10:25:09
Unknown
But for some of us, it actually means your bone and my bone and flesh of my flesh, that I can’t live without you and I care for your life. And when you hurt, I hurt.

00:10:25:11 – 00:10:53:00
Unknown
That’s really doing life together. That’s why I believe in the schools in the Old Testament, what we call schools today. And they’re never called to school, actually. But they’re they’re really sons, their family, they’re joined there together. So we’ll read about a couple of these examples in the words, first Samuel 19, verse 20. In the new King James says, Then Saul sent messages to take David.

00:10:53:01 – 00:11:17:15
Unknown
Now Saul was on a he was on a bad thing against David. And when he saw the group of prophets prophesying and Samuel standing as their leader, two things happened here. There’s a group together. They’re in covenant, they’re in unity together. And they also happen to have a leader. So we know there’s some kind of formation going on here over them.

00:11:17:15 – 00:11:28:29
Unknown
The Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied. They got their head spun around.

00:11:29:01 – 00:12:03:24
Unknown
That was a big surprise. I believe that there will be people walking in those doors in the future that will be so affected by our unity, by our together. I actually think some of that happened today in some respects. That was awesome. That was an awesome time with God that we’re still having, but I believe there will be people walking in those doors in the very near future that all of a sudden they came in maybe with one purpose, another purpose.

00:12:03:24 – 00:12:26:07
Unknown
But when they come in the midst of us and understand the unity and the connection we have, they will begin to prophesy. There’ll be because by the Spirit of God they’ll get hit not just by what we know and what we say and all the things we think we know. Come on, second Kings. Another example of this in a different place.

00:12:26:08 – 00:12:44:02
Unknown
Second Kings two three and the new King James says, now the sons of the prophets, once again, the sons of the prophets who were at Bethel came out to Elisha and said to him, did you know that your the Lord will take away your master from you over to from over you today? And he said, yes, I know.

00:12:44:02 – 00:13:07:28
Unknown
Keep silent. He was a little fresh sometimes. But the story behind this, obviously Elijah had been Elijah had been following Elijah around for quite a long time. And now, you know, it’s giving indication here there’s sons of the prophets as a connection together with people. And Elisha is one of his disciples, and he’s been hanging with him. And now the Lord’s about to take Elijah to heaven.

00:13:08:00 – 00:13:37:09
Unknown
He ain’t going to die. He’s just going to take the elevator up with some horses. That’ll be happy time for Rich. And you know. So because he likes those horses. But but he understood what was happening to his master. But what’s the example? I’m bringing this to you in these strange scriptures is that there are people connected. Sons of the prophet, I think.

00:13:37:09 – 00:14:13:13
Unknown
I don’t believe that all those sons of the profits were necessarily all blood related. I believe many of them were just they decided to follow along. They decided to be discipled. They decided to be in covenant. And by the way, this guy here, he’s about to be deployed. You know that when Eliza was called into the ministry the whole time by Elijah the prophet, you know, he just followed him and did nothing.

00:14:13:15 – 00:14:36:19
Unknown
He did nothing. He just followed him. And he was with him, and he he served him, which is another example of a great disciple. And so he did nothing until he was deployed. And his deployment happened in this moment when the right after this moment when the Lord took Elijah home on the big elevator.

00:14:36:22 – 00:15:05:23
Unknown
And then Elisha burst into his season, he does twice because he he desired twice the anointing that Elijah had. And when he came on the season, into that season. Oh, man. All of a sudden he does twice the miracles that Elisha did. I’m speaking to you here today. I don’t care if you’re all the way in the back and think you’re done.

00:15:05:25 – 00:15:28:08
Unknown
I don’t care if you think you’re all the way in the front. You got it all done and made. Wherever we’re at. I don’t care if we’re standing up on the stage talking in this microphone. Wherever we’re at. Jesus promised disciples that greater works than his would he. We do. That’s that wasn’t to just a specific group that come on now.

00:15:28:09 – 00:15:55:19
Unknown
Truth goes out across the years. It goes out across the centuries. That means he’s talking to you back there. He’s saying greater works than this, y’all. You do. That means if you just yield yourself to his anointing, receive his anointing, you too will be used to do greater works than Jesus did.

00:15:55:22 – 00:16:29:23
Unknown
Now, when I say greater works, you’re all thinking, oh, he raised the dead, you know? You know what? When you go out and you either restore one person to the Lord or bring somebody to the Lord. Do you know that now you’re doing greater works? You’re thinking miracles. The greatest miracle is bringing someone to Christ. The next great miracle is actually establishing that person in discipleship and in Christ.

00:16:29:26 – 00:16:37:29
Unknown
Everybody here is able to do that.

00:16:38:01 – 00:17:12:22
Unknown
Okay, we’ll go along quickly now because I’ve started to preach and that’s not a good thing. So the New Testament had examples of forms of discipleship schools also. This is how the church moved forward for the last 2000 years. This forward movement was not just on the pastors of churches, but on each individual disciple, each disciple that’s prepared for leadership.

00:17:12:24 – 00:17:32:25
Unknown
This coming year, you’re going to see we’re going to start to lean into this. But every person in this church needs to understand and be equipped for leadership. It might be leadership in just your own life. It might be in your family. It might be in your business, it might be in where you work. It might be in this county.

00:17:32:26 – 00:17:57:15
Unknown
Praise God. It might be, you know, supervisor levels. It might heck, it might be, you know, congressional level someday, wherever it’s at. What we plan to do is to train each and every one of us to be leaders in God.

00:17:57:17 – 00:18:23:09
Unknown
Oh, that’s a that’s going to unfold for you a lot more over the next coming year. We’re going to unpack that for you. I couldn’t begin to scratch the surface with that, but there’s that. That’s the Spirit of God speaking. He’s speaking to you. What your next assignment is, what your next assignment is in this next season, because it’s so easy to just go on autopilot.

00:18:23:11 – 00:18:48:05
Unknown
I go to church on Sunday. Check. That’s not what Jesus died for. You should go to church on Sunday. But it’s much more than that. It’s how to be in the life of the people in that church. And when you walk out those doors, how to be in the life of everyone that you come in contact with. Greater works.

00:18:48:07 – 00:19:15:29
Unknown
New Testament examples act 1710 through 15 says, then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. He was in trouble, by the way they were going to kill him. He ran into some bad boys, religious bad boys, when when they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more fair minded. They were more open, fair minded than those in vessel.

00:19:15:29 – 00:19:43:14
Unknown
Aniki. Sorry, Liz. It’s. You know, I didn’t say it, you know, acts as okay in that in that they received the word with already. This is the. This is the Bereans, right? They are ready to receive the word. They’re ready and open to it. And they search the scriptures daily to find whether these things were so. Therefore, many of them believed.

00:19:43:16 – 00:20:15:26
Unknown
Many people believed because of all this, that didn’t just happen from a couple of guys preaching. That was everybody in the group of the Bereans. Okay, so and so that goes on and says and not not and also not a few Greeks, prominent women. I guess there are women in that ministry and as well as men. But when the Jews from vessel and learned that the word stirred up the they came and they stirred up the crowds, they were troublemakers, the guys from vessel.

00:20:15:26 – 00:20:42:26
Unknown
And then immediately the brethren, Saint Paul away to go to to the sea. And both Silas and Timothy remained there. Silas and Timothy stayed there in covenant, helping until they were called later. So those who conducted Paul brought him to Athens. That’s not such a safe city now, anyway. And receiving a command for a Silas, for Silas and Timothy to come to him with all speed.

00:20:42:26 – 00:21:10:26
Unknown
They departed, they went. And more covenant with Paul, more covenant in Athens. Are you with me on this? This is what it was. They’re so connected. They’re willing to stay where they’re planted and then shift and go where they’re sent. But they’re sent. Their noses go on their own, then enters Jesus, the God of the universe, with all wisdom and eternity, decided to break into our world.

00:21:10:26 – 00:21:46:23
Unknown
In the New Testament, even the Pharisees were astonished by his knowledge as 12 years old. Remember that he did it as a servant leader. Listen first servant, then leader. If you’re not willing to serve, you’re not worthy to leave, okay? But he did not send us into the world to astonish people with our knowledge. But he showed us his Kingdom principle of deployment by being part of our lives.

00:21:46:25 – 00:22:07:02
Unknown
Jesus did this in our lives when he jumped out of heaven and landed here. The God of the universe, the guy that had everything and knew everything, the God who knew everything was willing to jump into the mess of humanity like he is willing today.

00:22:07:05 – 00:22:38:11
Unknown
That’s who we are. We’re, you know, he. So he showed this in his last charge to us. The very last thing he said is go into all the world and make disciples, teaching, baptizing, being in their life. You don’t get to teach or baptize people without being in their life. That’s what Jesus modeled, and that’s what he modeled for us to do and for us to be.

00:22:38:13 – 00:23:02:29
Unknown
I’ll go along quickly because I think we need to end here shortly. So this is what attending Spirit School of Ministry is. All is actually all about you being deployed into this world to be part of the world, not to just impress by how much information you have. That’s very important to hear, by the way, you can get all that information from AI.

00:23:03:02 – 00:23:24:20
Unknown
People don’t need you to get information. They can just go to AI and get it. But what they do need you for and we’re getting I think I’m going to slow it. I think I’m going to end it pretty soon here. But what they do need you for, because I want to give JT some time. They need you to be the child of God.

00:23:24:20 – 00:23:55:11
Unknown
You actually are to know, without a shadow of a doubt, of who you actually are, and be willing to give what’s in you to those around you without shame. Not bashful, but that’s what really school of ministry is. That’s what it’s designed for. You’re designed to speak and manifest in your life who you know, not just what you know.

00:23:55:16 – 00:24:24:01
Unknown
Anybody can get what you know. This is what spiritual is at the core of its mission. We have to know that there is definitely a force pressing against the teaching and learning of discipleship. But we also know that there are people that are open and willing to hear. The question is, and I’m going to skip my last scripture, you can go read about it on your own at some point in time.

00:24:24:02 – 00:25:03:22
Unknown
Out of acts 19 five through ten. In the amplified is a great talk about that. It’s this systematic and consistent teaching. I said systematic and consistent teaching that makes people successful in God more than just teaching, but learning, receiving. A lot of times we can hear people, but we don’t actually listen to them. It’s the consistent and systematic hearing and listening that means you’re actually doing what you heard.

00:25:03:23 – 00:25:25:01
Unknown
Yes, you’re employing it into your life. It’s that what makes people successful. What I found in my few years here on the earth and years walking with the Lord, is that the people who are the most successful in God are the people that never have a problem.

00:25:25:04 – 00:25:47:11
Unknown
Nothing bad ever happens to them or their life or their family, right? Haven’t you? Hallelujah. Right. That’s our church. Come to our church. You got that? No problems here? No. It’s the people that are consistent because they walk through the storm. They’re not afraid of the fire.

00:25:47:14 – 00:26:10:17
Unknown
When it comes. They’re like, nobody’s wishing bad stuff on us. Don’t go running around looking for bad stuff. That doesn’t work, okay? But when it comes, we’re standing. We’re standing strong in the Lord and the power of his might. But we’re not standing alone. I’m so thankful, you know? I’m just looking around in the faces. I see Mary over there.

00:26:10:17 – 00:26:30:08
Unknown
And what a wonderful testimony, Jordan. And what wonderful testimony. And Mariah and just of God’s goodness of his mercy. But these people didn’t walk this alone.

00:26:30:10 – 00:26:45:06
Unknown
These people had people who’ve had their back and walked with them and loved them and continue to walk. Amen.

00:26:45:08 – 00:27:05:20
Unknown
I’m going to end it here. But I want to say, if I mentioned that Jesus loves you, did I forget to say that? And yeah, I’ll come down here. So you’re not worried about me falling on the way up there? Yeah.

00:27:05:22 – 00:27:35:13
Unknown
But I want to say, you know, Jesus, he did die for you, and he was buried for you. And he rose again on that third day for you. And I don’t know who you are or where you’re at or maybe somebody online hearing this, but I want to invite you to him. I want you to know him because we just wasted a whole bunch of time in church.

00:27:35:15 – 00:27:57:03
Unknown
If you didn’t hear about Jesus and his saving grace. So, I don’t know, maybe there’s somebody here right now that just wants to either come to him for the first time or be restored to him, but I want to give us the opportunity to do that right before J.T. comes and tells you more about school. And it’s wonderful.

00:27:57:03 – 00:28:18:02
Unknown
I’m glad that as a family we can spend some time. And I know it’s maybe rough on some of the people in junior church, but none of that matters if you don’t have the time to hear how Jesus cares for your life, how he wants you in his life.

00:28:18:04 – 00:28:32:12
Unknown
So we as brothers and sisters here in the church, we’re taking a little time for you because you’re worth the time.

00:28:32:15 – 00:28:37:27
Unknown
So you’d bow your heads.

00:28:37:29 – 00:28:45:10
Unknown
Nobody’s looking, so you won’t be embarrassed. But if you.

00:28:45:12 – 00:29:10:24
Unknown
First of all, ask those who may have never known the Lord. If there’s anyone here doesn’t know the Lord, and you’d like to just know him, this is a great time. He’s calling you the Spirit of God’s calling you. If you’re out there, come to me. If that’s you could just raise your hand and we’ll take note of it, and we can pray with you.

00:29:10:27 – 00:29:20:23
Unknown
Amen. Amen. And also, if there’s someone that hasn’t really been walking with the Lord.

00:29:20:25 – 00:29:28:00
Unknown
For a while and you’d like to be restored.

00:29:28:02 – 00:29:34:24
Unknown
We’d love to pray with you. Also, we’d love to care for your life.

00:29:34:26 – 00:29:44:23
Unknown
Not just pat you on the back and go, hey, good day at church, But actually walk with you.

00:29:44:26 – 00:29:52:10
Unknown
So if there’s anyone like that.

00:29:52:12 – 00:30:09:19
Unknown
Go ahead and stand up. Go ahead and stand. It’s okay. Let us pray with you. Let’s care for your life.

00:30:09:21 – 00:30:35:23
Unknown
And also, if you’ve been too embarrassed to do one of those things, you know who we are. You know the pastors are up here, and you saw Pastor David come to us. Come talk to us at fellowship. We’d love to spend some time with you. Care for you. Amen. Amen.

00:30:35:26 – 00:30:45:28
Unknown
Thank you. Lord. Can we give pastor Bob a hand?

00:30:46:00 – 00:30:55:08
Unknown
Thank you dad. Thank you for all that you have poured into us and all that you’ve poured into this church.

00:30:55:11 – 00:31:26:11
Unknown
He’s the best man I know, one of the greatest and influential in ways that we will. We’ll have to unpack over some time. So I just want to take one last moment here. Thank you so much for your attention and for your your contribution for celebrating with us. And like pastor Bob said, celebrating not just a graduation, but celebrating the deployment of of all the spirit students and even the church.

And just to admonish and courage again, we are all members of the Body of Christ, and we need to step into that place of faith for our community, for our families, for each other. Amen. So enrollment is now open for Spirit School of Ministry for our false season at 2026, and we run into 2027. We’ve got some cool announcements about how we’ve structured school, but we’ll do that another day.

00:31:56:12 – 00:32:22:04

But enrollment is open and we would love for you to come join us and join us. Join up with all the fun that we’re having. And I would encourage students who have been in levels one and two, come back, come back and keep going. I know many times, especially classes that we’ve had in years past, it’s just like you bond together, you bond as like a little smaller nucleus of the church.

00:32:22:04 – 00:32:44:11

And then we do life together and we walk through things and we we go through things. And then, you know, you move into your next class and, and that happens again. And so I want to encourage you to keep keep doing that, stay in that wonderful process of growth. And lastly, I want to make one mention about an extension of Spirit School of Ministry, which is our Voice of God prophetic conference.

00:32:44:13 – 00:33:06:28

I just wanted to share with everybody that Apostle Payton Saline send their love and their greetings. And there’s of course a team with them. And they all they just had a wonderful last couple of weeks. They’re going to be coming home this week. But they had a wonderful time in Thessaloniki, Greece and also in Athens. This is the second time we’ve done a voice of God over in in Greece.

00:33:06:28 – 00:33:30:26
Unknown
And so I just wanted to remind you of that and celebrate also the success of Spirit School of Ministry Abroad, that that’s happening. If you know people, I want to encourage you on this last thing to if you know people who don’t go toward a life but could really benefit from discipleship, invite them to join, and we’ll have ways that they can get in touch with us in regard to that.

00:33:30:26 – 00:33:51:03

So let’s all stand. We’re going to close service after. I pray you’re all welcome. For any that are new to our church, you’re welcome to come across the parking lot. We have a place called a fellowship hall where we have lunch and fellowship together and and love on each other and echoed food. It’s always important. Amen. Let’s pray.

00:33:51:06 – 00:34:09:20

So, father, in Jesus name, Lord, we thank you, God. We thank you Lord for a wonderful day. We thank you that we could gather together, Lord, to worship you because you are worthy. You’re worthy of all the praise, all the glory, all the honor. Oh God. And we give you all the praise and all the honor and all the glory of the Lord.

For every single member of spirit school of ministry. Oh God, for all the administration team, the teaching teams, and every single student. Lord, we give you the honor. We give you the praise for everything that you have supplied through the body and everything you have supplied from your very hand, everything that you have supplied through the Holy Spirit.

00:34:30:06 – 00:34:53:18

Lord, we thank you today. We thank you, Lord, we celebrate you, oh God, for your faithfulness to this church, for your faithfulness to us, your sons and daughters. And Lord, we pray now, Lord, that by Holy Spirit you would press on us, and you would deploy us into Lord, the community and into our families, Lord, into our marriages, God into the relationships with children.

00:34:53:18 – 00:35:17:22

Lord, in every aspect of our life that you would deploy us for truth, deploy us for hope, deploy us, oh God, for transformation. We thank you for this. We celebrate it now and we’re so excited that all those that you’re going to bring into the school this coming year and the growth and the the, the multiplication that’s going to happen.

00:35:17:23 – 00:35:29:14

Oh, God, we thank you, Lord, for the harvest. In Jesus name. We celebrate you. And everybody says, hey, man. Amen. Thank you. And we’ll see you at fellowship.

Not Just a Graduation — A Deployment

Pastor Bob Wilk opened this message with a clear declaration: what was happening was not merely a graduation. It was a deployment.

Graduation celebrates what has been completed. Deployment recognizes what God is sending people into next. SPIRIT School of Ministry is not simply about receiving information, finishing classes, or gaining biblical knowledge. It is about being formed in Christ, connected to His people, and sent into the world as a living witness of who He is.

The heart of the message was simple but weighty: every disciple of Jesus must know who they are, walk in covenant with God and His people, and live ready to be deployed into the world.

Knowing Who You Are in Christ

Pastor Bob reminded the church that the first question SPIRIT School of Ministry begins with is, “Who are you?”

That question is not only for students. It is for every believer.

Our identity is found in Christ. We are not defined by fear, failure, age, personality, history, weakness, or the storms we face. We are sons and daughters of God. But Pastor Bob also warned that this identity must be remembered daily.

When the winds come and the storms hit, the enemy wants to convince believers to pull back, become silent, shy away, and forget who they are. That is why identity is not just a lesson to learn once. It is a truth to live from every day.

A disciple who forgets their identity will eventually lose track of their assignment. But a disciple who knows who they are in Christ can stand firm, love boldly, and carry hope into the world.

The Heart of the Church Is Connection to Christ

Pastor Bob explained that SPIRIT School of Ministry is designed to connect people intimately to Christ. But then he widened the point: that is really the heart of the church.

Everything else is secondary.

Programs, services, events, classes, and ministries matter, but only if they lead people into deeper life with Jesus. The goal is not religious activity. The goal is Christ formed in His people.

This is why discipleship matters. Discipleship is not just learning more about God. It is becoming more like Jesus and helping others do the same.

Every Believer Is Deployed

One of the strongest points of the message was this: deployment is not reserved for graduates, pastors, leaders, or ministry students.

Every believer is deployed.

Every day, when we walk out the door, we are sent into the world as light. We carry the hope of Christ into our homes, workplaces, families, schools, neighborhoods, conversations, and community.

Pastor Bob pointed to the biblical call to always be ready to give an answer for the hope within us. That does not require being fancy, impressive, or polished. It requires knowing Jesus and being willing to speak from the reality of walking with Him.

The Christian life is not meant to be lived on autopilot. Jesus did not die so we could merely check church attendance off a list. He saved us, filled us, joined us to His body, and sent us into the world.

Covenant: God and His People

Pastor Bob described the kingdom way as covenant with God and covenant with His people.

This was one of the central themes of the message. The kingdom of God is not just about an individual relationship with God in isolation. It is about being joined to Christ and joined to His body.

He used the language of “bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh” to describe how deeply believers need one another. Church is not simply a Sunday gathering. It is a covenant family.

When one person hurts, the body cares. When one person walks through fire, the body stands with them. When one person is sent, the body strengthens them.

Pastor Bob warned that a church that only gathers on Sunday will fail. The church is called to shared life, fierce love, tender kindness, and unwillingness to back away from one another.

That is what “doing life together” really means.

Sons of the Prophets: Discipleship as Family

Pastor Bob connected SPIRIT School of Ministry to biblical patterns of discipleship, especially the “sons of the prophets” in the Old Testament.

He referenced examples such as Samuel standing with a group of prophets and Elisha following Elijah. These were not merely classrooms. They were covenantal communities. They were families of formation.

Elisha followed Elijah, served him, stayed close, and waited until the moment of deployment. When Elijah was taken up, Elisha stepped into his assignment.

This is a picture of discipleship. Before someone is sent, they are formed. Before someone leads, they serve. Before someone carries public authority, they learn covenant, humility, faithfulness, and obedience.

Greater Works Begin with Yielded Lives

Pastor Bob reminded the church that Jesus promised His disciples they would do greater works. That promise was not only for a select group in the past. It still speaks across generations to believers today.

But he reframed what “greater works” means.

Many people immediately think of dramatic miracles. But Pastor Bob emphasized that one of the greatest miracles is bringing someone to Christ. Another great miracle is helping establish that person in discipleship.

Every believer can participate in that.

You do not have to be on a platform. You do not have to have a title. You do not have to be impressive. You simply have to yield yourself to the anointing of God and be willing to love, speak, serve, disciple, and walk with people.

First Servant, Then Leader

Pastor Bob made a strong statement: Jesus came as a servant leader.

First servant, then leader.

The kingdom does not measure leadership the way the world does. In the kingdom, authority is connected to servanthood. If we are not willing to serve, we are not ready to lead.

That applies in the church, in the home, in business, in family, in the county, and in any sphere God sends His people into. Leadership is not about impressing people with knowledge. It is about carrying the nature of Christ into the places He sends us.

People Do Not Just Need Information

One of the most practical and timely points of the message was that people do not merely need information.

Pastor Bob noted that people can get information from AI. They do not need believers simply to repeat information. What they need is for believers to be who they actually are in Christ.

They need sons and daughters of God who know who they are, carry what God has placed within them, and give it without shame.

The world does not just need Christians who know things. The world needs Christians who manifest Christ.

Consistency Through the Storm

Pastor Bob also addressed what makes people successful in God.

It is not that they never face problems. It is not that nothing bad ever happens. The people who become strong in God are the ones who remain consistent through the storm.

They are not afraid of the fire when it comes. They stand strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

But they do not stand alone.

This was crucial to the message. The Christian life is not individual survival. It is shared endurance. We need people who have our back, walk with us, love us, and continue with us through every season.

The Invitation: Jesus Loves You

Pastor Bob ended by bringing the message back to Jesus.

He reminded the church that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again. He made space for anyone who needed to come to the Lord for the first time or be restored to Him.

That invitation was not rushed or treated as a formality. It was the point. If people do not hear about Jesus and His saving grace, then church has missed its purpose.

Jesus cares for people’s lives. He wants people in His life. And the church is called not just to pat people on the back, but to walk with them, pray with them, and care for them.

Practical Application

  1. Remember your identity daily.
Before you step into your assignment, remember who you are in Christ.
  2. Refuse to pull back in the storm.
When pressure comes, do not let the enemy convince you to shrink back.
  3. Live deployed.
Your home, work, family, and community are not separate from ministry. They are part of where God sends you.
  4. Stay in covenant.
Do not isolate. Let the body of Christ love you, strengthen you, and walk with you.
  5. Serve before you lead.
Kingdom leadership begins with humility and faithfulness.
  6. Give people more than information.
Let your life manifest the reality of Jesus.
  7. Help someone follow Christ.
The greatest miracle is not only seeing someone come to Jesus, but helping establish them in Him.

Closing Thought

The kingdom way is discipleship and deployment.

We are formed in Christ, joined to His people, and sent into the world. We are not called to live as isolated believers or passive church attenders. We are called to know who we are, stand together, serve faithfully, and carry the hope of Jesus wherever we go.

This is not just graduation.

This is deployment.
